About Chairman

Dr. Lieu is a Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of First Finance Home Loans, a company he founded in 1992 on the principle that every family in America desiring have to achieve the dream of homeownership should have the opportunity to do so.

Dr. Lieu is active in all aspect of First Finance business which include Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Loans, Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Accounting and Taxes.

Dr. Lieu received a Doctor of Philosophy degree, Ph.D, in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering in 1984 from the University of Wyoming, Master of Business degree, MBA, in Accounting and Taxation from Northwestern University. Master of Science degree, MS, in Taxation from Suffield University. Doctor of Business Administration degree, DBA from Stanford University.
